VAULT DWELLERS SERVED

Nobody likes an I told you so.

Read a couple medical books and some articles written about the fruit of the willow in 1992, have taken it every day since. When taking it in the workplace, one of the guys who warned me I was going to have an ulcer someday developed ulcers. I never have.

Aspirin

Take your Vitamin E, your Beta-Carotene A, your D and your aspirin all at the same go every day. Trust me on this. You don't have to go crazy like me and use the dosages I do (which I am not putting up here.)

A little vitamin K2 to round it off and you're golden!

If only the CDC would recommend something like this instead of immorally demanding that us healthcare workers inject their flu vaccine into our bodies once a year, I'd be thrilled.

I experienced painful acidic stomach when taking aspirin daily. Would taking those other things with it mitigate that well known side effect?

I think I have, to the best of my ability at this point, verified that the compositions described in these patents work. This is, however, nothing more than my humble opinion: do not trust it. I post this for your consideration only.

@Tex

Why beta carotene? Why not Retinol?

Uncle Tex, I wanted to recommend you take a look at adding kelp to your daily regimen. Not sure of the doses you are taking of the abovementioned, but kelp contains those as well. Kelp has them vitamins packaged in organic molecules, iodine to help protect your nerve sheaths + prostate (breasts for you ladies), & iodine helps resistance to radiation.

This guy convinced me. At least in regards to the nutritional aspect of the seaweed. I've seen you reference J.Kruse before and he is an advocate of kelp as well.

Retinol damages your liver at even small doses, there is no recorded instance of beta carotene ever being toxic at any dose. If you take a ton of it a day you may get a small yellow spot in the corner of your eye but that is it. No data exists confirming beta carotene is damaging to any organs but extensive evidence says Retinol (synthetic A) is.

@All

The infamous polar bear liver is used the same way they shake the blue man at colloidal silver. It's rubbish.
