Amerikwan Idiokracy

Blew their cover on a "sekrit" mission in Libya by posting their faces and locations to Facebook.

You couldn't make this stuff up ... unless your name is Mike Judge.

The new Star Wars movie and the trailer for the new Star Trek shows that the "Idiocracy" demographic is now the dominant one. Everything is dumbed down and somewhat vulgar.

Regarding "The new Star Wars movie" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2HaGe8XcMHA hehe. Homo erectus dont belong in space. The raping of white man classic film needs to stop, culture and norm wars and all that good stuff. Keep Christ in Christmas!

Lucas actually stole heavily from japanese films for the first one - http://www.moongadget.com/origins/kurosawa.html. - down to the promotional posters.

And even then its only the second film that was good, and that was done by a Jew.

@Ron

George Lucas stole his plot, settings, characters and brand from Kurosawa and other manga and elements from the Lensman series and I don't mean general abstractions but names, places and events lifted directly from movies and books made by other people. It's like I made a movie called "STAR WORR" and had a furry creature named Ceebacca, a mercenary named Hans Sulu and a Luke Skyrunner fighting an evil villain called Derth Vadarr ... and people congratulated me on my originality and creative vision.

I was just thinking about one century of high quality science fiction written by brilliant authors and the public thinks STAR WARS is science fiction. It's puking pablum for morons and people who have to move their lips when they read subtitles. STAR WARS is anything but science fiction considering the precedents.

STAR WORR is actually a good movie, i guess you could call it the original original of the original. <--- If my previous comment got lost then this one will make less sense than usual, google account log in and all that hubbub.

I really liked The Martian Chronicles you posted, you should post more science fiction!

Lucas said the the Galaxy is a direct copy of Isaac Asimov's "Foundation", with The Force being initially a form of Psychohistory (the Jedi running the Galaxy etc., Vador being The Mule etc.) among other things.
