The Vault Of The Pleistocene

Ancient vault-dwellers beneath Russia, Turkey, Europe … and Texas?

Regular readers of this blog probably already know that beneath Europe is a 3000 mile long tunnel network dug in antediluvian times.

One of the worst kept secrets in France is that Las Caux is the mere hub of a much larger network of caverns, all of them painted with beautiful artwork in their interiors. Were these paintings done for nothing but comfort to travellers as they passed through, assuring them they were in the right tunnel? Like the billboards on the highway that promise gas and food only a few more miles ahead?
