Killing Off Kwanzanian Komplainers

The ugly truth is that the elites are engineering a swift end for those they have wronged.

The real culprit is the replacement of food and even processed sugar with high fructose corn syrup. Nowadays the corn syrup itself has genetically modified allergens that irritate the bowels and digestive system, disrupt insulin production and turn humans into fat-absorption machines.

I know how hard it is but honestly you have to switch to a ketosis diet. They have got all the bad stuff in the carbohydrates to target Sapiens. They know he is a traditional carb eater and this is the best method of toxin delivery. If you don't want to end up looking like those Monsanto rats you have to get off the carbs. It is difficult to list how many different aspects of carbs will kill you. Everything about that sugar'n'paste they call food is hurting you every teaspoon you eat of that crap. That stuff was never made to pass through the Neanderthal palate. It is like arsenic that burns slowly.

Go to the ketosis diet, it is our ancient diet the one that was intended for our kind. It is also possible to circumvent that fructose altogether by avoiding carbs. If you can cut it down to 2% of your daily intake instead of 98% of your intake you'll be doing really good. If you were really paranoid you might think the Melonheads were determined to wipe out most of the Cro-Mags and permit select Neanderthals to survive through healthy eating choices. You never know when you might need a 'Thal, it is so hard to find good help nowadays.

ADDENDUM : Amongst other things that corn syrup poison is packed with mercury. This alone is a reason to avoid anything containing it.

P.S. Killing people is a job that starts with the younguns and the government makes sure they get their kicks in early.

No conspiracy, just ignorance. It swept the world in Weston Price's day; no melon managed that.

Ketosis is wrong. Even the Siberian indigenous people eat starch from some kind of bulb. Ketosis is an extreme minority ancestral lifestyle.

Rice, white potatoes, and sweet potatoes are safe starch sources. The former two are suitable for even very sensitive stomachs.

But yes... clean up your diet, or else:

I advocate a few small scallops and shrimp each day, because our bodies are designed for an ocean-shore existence - e.g. the way we hoard/flush copper, iron, iodine.

Yes, Koanic, I think you are right about adding starches.

I think six months of Ketosis would be the best thing that ever happened to most people. After this "induction" and internal cleansing I don't think it would hurt at all to add potatoes and rice.

I read about that Ketosis diet and it sounds pretty ..unsavory. It might cause, bad breath, pain and aches, loss of weight (i would need the polar opposite) and such, so it doesn´t sound too good 4 mii. But it could still be healthy, as usual all things healthy / good for you, taste fokkin bad.

Ps. Do you Tex or does Anyone here, have any good advise on how to gain weight / mass / muscle. I unfortunately am mostly an ectomorphic Phenotype / somatotype :(

Re: gaining weight and muscle mass.

Here's a synopsis:

1.) You need to get physically stronger. Lift 3 days a week focusing on these lifts only (choose two per day): squat, deadlift, chin up, bench press, dips. Start with lower weights while you learn the proper technique. With a warm-up and cooldown you should be in and out of the gym in under 50 minutes. Read "Starting Strength" by Mark Rippetoe.

2.) You need to eat more. No idea what your diet is like and what works best for you. One thing I know that works for me and others: drink a lot of whole milk after your workout (At least two glasses) and then again before bed. Non-pasteurized is best if you can get it. Eat a lot of good food.

Rinse and repeat.

You will eat anything when you are starving.

You wonder and worry about "starches" and "protein" in your diet?

Trust me, in a little while you'll be eating so-called crap and thanking God for it.

Remember what Tex has always said... "Babies- the other white meat".

Ty edensthaw, for the info i´ll try that at some point.
