In Kwanstainia, The State Owns The Sky

Prison and fine for man who was capturing rainwater and snow melt on his property.

They own the atoms. They own the space between the atoms. They own the stars in heaven and the light from them that reaches your eyes at night. They own the soil and the worms in the soil. They own the bacteria and the seeds and the stones of the earth. They own the air you breathe and the lungs that breathe it and they own the carbon dioxide you exhale after you have breathed it and they tax that carbon dioxide when it comes out. They own the sweat of your brow and the fruits of your labor from that sweat and you didn't build that business yourself. They own the brains in your head and the blood in your veins and you own exactly nothing of anything.

Lenin dreamed. In his wildest fantasies he never dreamt of such unlimited power as lies in the hands of the modern State. It has stolen these things bit by bit, piece by piece, under stealthy approaches with beautiful sentiments and platitudes and sibilant fawning lies. The West has failed and this mad corruption is proof that it has failed. The checks and balances have failed and these hideous misshapen nosferatu blood-sucking horrors are what is left behind in the shadows when the sun has gone down on our once great civilization.

According to the article, this law was inacted in 1925.

When exactly did this "Great America" of yours exist?

That law had nothing to do with rainwater or snow. It had to do with blocking public rivers and redirecting the flow onto your own land.

You have this recurrent problem with reading comprehension, Pilgrim.

Anybody making arrests for rainwater capture in 1925 would have been shot dead and it is likely the man who shot them would have received a ticker tape parade afterwards and a citizenship award.

Numerous times throughout the 20's and 30's the public took the law into their own hands and put corrupt officials into jails at gunpoint. Men used to think nothing of forming a lynching party over the kind of faggotry common today. The reason there were never any prosecutions is there was no crime committed. People just got fed up.

This window will slowly close as an army of drones takes over the sky in coming years. The option of resistance will become very hazardous indeed. The taxpayers have funded the forging of their own chains.

An arbitrary distinction in the eyes of a good lawyer. Give the State an inch, it will take a mile.

The point is, the seeds were sown in 1925. Actually, they were sown in 1789 when the Articles of Confederacy were abandoned, when the true American experiment ended and was replaced by a lukewarm, compromising, bastardized, weak-willed version of it. What you see today was always the inevitable destination of that degenerate path: The Road to Serfdom.

The US Constitution was never anything more than a compromise with the Devil, and was about as solid and immutable as a deal with Darth Vader: "Pray I don't alter it any further."

This article has direct application to the water issue.
FTA:It is an established fact that the United States Federal Government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act, March 9, 1933, 48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719; declared by President Roosevelt, being bankrupt and insolvent. H.J.R. 192, 73rd Congress m session June 5, 1933 - Joint Resolution To Suspend The Gold Standard and Abrogate The Gold Clause dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States Governmental Offices, Officers, and Departments and is further evidence that the United States Federal Government exists today in name only.
Prior to 1913, most Americans owned clear, allodial title to property, free and clear of any liens or mortgages until the Federal Reserve Act (1913)

"Hypothecated" all property within the federal United States to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, -in which the Trustees (stockholders) held legal title. The U.S. citizen (tenant, franchisee) was registered as a "beneficiary" of the trust via his/her birth certificate. In 1933, the federal United States hypothecated all of the present and future properties, assets and labor of their "subjects," the 14th Amendment U.S. citizen, to the Federal Reserve System.
