Yeah, my 6 senses tell me we haven't had winter yet, and plants are blooming in New York.

I'm enjoying this new ice age so far. Nearly 60 degrees today!
Tex, you're right that there is an ice age coming. Anyone can see this by looking at the evidence and past patterns over millions of years. There will be no avoiding it. Some are even so deluded by the cult of global warming they think that a harmless gas that plants breathe will stop it, despite there being far more CO2 in the atmosphere in the past (must have been all those dinosaurs driving SUVs!) and still ice ages happened. Sadly these chumps will want you to give the hour and minute they need to turn the heating up and put on a scarf. They don't understand the difference between analysing data and making predictions from that and magical prophecies. This is why they will be dying in droves just like the grasshopper in winter. I doubt the grasshopper would listen to the ant either.
For those chuckling, look at Europe:http://aftermathnews.wordpress.com/2012/02/07/ice-age-europe-big-freeze-temperatures-as-low-as-minus-40c/
"Sadly these chumps will want you to give the hour and minute they need to turn the heating up and put on a scarf. They don't understand the difference between analysing data and making predictions from that and magical prophecies."What you don't seem to understand is that Tex says the ice age has started. Anyone can look at historical evidence and see that there's a cycle of ice ages. That's easy. Tex is going further than that and declaring that it's already started. That's what some of us find hard to swallow, given the warm winter we've had.
@February 7, 2012 6:11 PMStill waiting for summer in this part of the world. We've had two, at most 3 days of Sun, the rest has been uninterrupted cloud cover and it has been cool to cold weather. Our summers are usually hellish hot and dry. Not this year.Summer: December to February
Well, we had a much hotter than normal summer here, followed by an extremely mild winter. We're about to come out of winter. It's been the warmest winter I can remember. I think the point is there is no de facto evidence that we've entered a new ice age. Maybe we have. Maybe we will in the next few years. Or maybe it's still 150 years away. I sure hope the coming summer is milder than last year's. It sucked last year.
