There is nobody anywhere outside of a couple hundred million people who seriously believe that the United States is headed anywhere but permanently into the crapper, forever.

Where the U.S. is going, it won't be coming back from. It won't just cease to be a world power. It will cease to be a first world country. Forever. Ever After. It will never be an intact nation again, not hundreds, not thousands of years from now.

On paper, this recession is not as bad as the one that occurred in the early 1980s. But that's on paper only -- they are mostly likely fudging the numbers. Case in point: the housing bubble where the MSM lied to everybody 24/7 and laughed and mocked Peter Schiff.

I don't listen to the MSM. I started watching cable news about 4 months ago on a regular basis and the information there is extremely distorted. I confess to having gotten tired of getting my information from the internet.

The line between the MSM and independant news sources is becoming fuzzier by the day. At least in the doom level of the articles. Just reading the comments on the article below feels like reading a survivalist forum a few years ago.
