What Did Our Ancestors Tell Us?

Our fathers and their fathers warned us again and again. They barely mention sexual practices in the old texts. That's only an identifying mechanism we are to use to see them.

The Vedantic scrolls and the Old Testament seem to reach agreement on this subject.

If you are stupid enough to take them at their word, they will turn and rend you as soon as they have the upper hand. They do not believe in human rights. They believe might makes right. The only law they know is the law of tooth and claw. Any pretense to the contrary is to gain the confidence of others until they have enough strength to crush them.

Maybe you have not heard about it, but the governator promises the Sodomites that the will of the majority will be destroyed by activist courts. To hell with this German catamite, I wish I had never given him so much as a dime in my life. He's just another burrowing termite in the final post holding up the house. Your tax base is evacuating, Ahnold, you dumbass.

Corinthians 6:9-10: "Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God."

1 Timothy 1:9-10: "[T]he law is not made for a righteous person, but for the lawless and insubordinate, for the ungodly and for sinners, for the unholy and profane ... for fornicators, for sodomites, ... and if there is any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine. ..."

Prop 8 was passed legitimately through the democratic process, using the very same dialectic tactics that 'social liberals' use to push their agenda. I honestly see no point in debating and being respectful towards people who froth at the mouth like that.

Ahnuld is a moron--I don't put much stock in what he has to say, even in regards to bodybuilding. He and Joe Weider's training advice in their gay magazines suggested 100 set marathon workouts. Here is a program that they will never print in Weider publications: dips/deads on Monday and pullups/squats on Thursday (single sets to failure).

Ahnold is like everything else in the 'Kwa - a fake stage front with nothing behind it.

Ahnold's bodybuilding "secret" came out of an injector bottle. I heard when Ahnold tried to actually train with weights down in Florida with Arthur Jones he almost died and said if he really thought he had to train like that he would've gone home and become a ski instructor.

If Ahnold's own books and measurements can be trusted, I was bigger and much stronger at my peak than Ahnold every was without ever touching steroids. Since I was never much more than half the size and strength of Mike Mentzer I can safely assume that Ahnold's real gifts were in self promotion and presentation. I maxed out the Nautilus pullover for 12 reps, I heard Ahnold could only do 8 reps with half of that and Arthur Jones assisting. Compare with Mike Mentzer, who required the entire stack plus two 250 pound men standing on each side and there is documentary film evidence he could do ten reps with this weight. Gives you an idea of the scope between Ahnuld's dreams and reality.

Body-building has nothing to do with strength. It's all about sarcoplasmic hypertrophy; big bags of air that do no useful work.

Except for over 150 years, strength trained athletes consistently outperform athletes in all other sports in tests of general strength, agility and reaction time. This has been demonstrated so many times in so much research it scarcely bears mentioning, apparently it is news to you.

A lot of people think that Mentzer should have won a Mr. Olympia title and that a lot of the politics of the IFBB showed favoritism to hand-picked favorites (the ones who toe Weider's line, Ahnuld in this case) and disdain for outsiders (like Mentzer). Governator finished 1st place in 1980 while Mike finished 5th. I've only seen a few clips of that contest on Youtube so it is really hard to judge who was the real winner. Bodybuilding competitions are basically beauty contests for men anyhow--only the genetically gifted few can make it on a world class level.

So in hindsight, Mentzer's 5th place finish doesn't seem so bad (whether he was robbed or not) considering that he trained 3 times a week for maybe 45 minutes and then would taunt his fellow competitors who trained 6 days a week at Venice Gold's during his off-days. Mike just trained with much heavier weight--a more efficient way to get similar, if not better results.

Ahnuld got by with good genetics for his physique plus some Vitamin S--in spite of Weider's ill-advised high volume training principles.

I've been lifting weights for 6 years, mostly with Mentzer's "Heavy Duty 2" consolidated routine (mentioned in my previous post, though I do vary the exercises every few months to trick the muscles out of a plateau). I know I'll never win any bodybuilding contests, but my wife says I'm built like Roddy Piper (in his prime) and that's good enough for me.

Solipsist flim-flam from a faltering featherweight. Tex, you can run around in circles telling us about how many reps you managed back in the day, but you're still only a beta male trying to nip at my 19" heels.

Let me try and spell this out for you in terminology simple enough that a hebephrenic √ľntermensch like yourself can comprehend: THE REASON YOU CAN NOT PULL AS MANY REPS AS I DO IS BECAUSE YOU DO NOT HAVE THE GENETIC CAPACITY TO PULL AS MANY REPS AS I DO. YOU ARE LIKE NICOLE KIDMAN IN 'THE OTHERS'. YOU DO NOT EVEN REALISE THAT YOU ARE A GHOST.

You're looking a lot like a grasshopper there Tex. Trouble is, winter's coming on, and she doesn't particularly care for your ejumificated arguments.

Mex Arcane, I published it because it's a funny imitation of me.

Mike Mentzer got ass-raped by Ahnuld in 1980 if you are just willing to alter judging standards to reward the competitor who is the largest, most muscular and best overall developed. Mentzer made the Incredible Hulk look like he was not getting enough iron in his diet. HE was so colossal and had such extensive development in muscle groups most people don't even realize they have he was like a comic book joke. The only thing he didn't have was 1% body fat like steroid Ahnuld so he could not impress the homo judges who spend most of their time looking at abs and crotch zones anyway. Ahnuld was sickly and tiny standing beside Mentzer but he was so full of himself he pulled it off and won the crowd during his posedown.

I was watching a video last night of Mentzer training, made me feel motivated to get off my ass and get back in shape. This would have to be the most impressive athlete of all time trained on HIT, seriously. Unbelievable strength levels. I heard one time that lots of people told Mentzer he should compete in strength contests but he was such a monk he worried the contest would throw off his recovery regimen and hurt his results for a few weeks going into and coming out of the contest. Watching him train, I find it hard to believe there was a man stronger than this walking around. Unless you count Mickey, Arthur Jones pet gorilla.

Tex, Christianity is just descended from ancient Egyptian days when the Hebrews split off as followers of Akhenaten...the Jesus tall tales of him existing in Israel are just Roman adaptations of ideas Egyptians believed for thousands of years before they destroyed Alexandria to wipe out all memory of that...

The Holy Trinity is displayed in Tut's Tomb if you don't believe me...

Don't waste your time on such nonsense...
