Something shuffling towards Bethlehem

Getting close, Vault Dwellers.

The smell of cordite is going to be in the air from now on. Get used to it. Wars and rumors of war right until the mother of all bongo parties gets started.

FYI, Cordite is seldom used anymore in modern firearms cartridges...unless you have a .303 Enfield or a large-bore african game rifle, I doubt it will truly be cordite that you smell in the air after a rifle is fired.

Rather, nitrocellulose (smokeless powder) of either stick, ball or flake grain structure. Stick is most common now.

Pardon my push for semantics, but firearms are sort of my thing.
